Access and restrictions:
Access to the SPA area for minors is under the responsibility of the parents or guardian.
A child under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation and "no show" policy:
All the service not canceled with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment, will have a surcharge equivalent to 50%. Cancellation in less than 12 hours will be charged 100%.
The non-presentation by the client to the reserved service is penalized with the payment of 100% of the contracted service.
